The Union County Housing Authority (UCHA)
is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Maintenance Technician, responsible for performing unit prep, repairs and various maintenance work for the upkeep of buildings and housing sites. The qualified candidate will also assist with the rehabilitation of housing properties. This is a full-time, 35 hours/week position w/ benefits. Must have some construction and general maintenance experience and maintain a valid driver’s license. May include some non-traditional hours.
Seasonal Maintenance, responsible for maintaining building and grounds. This includes, mowing, general maintenance, and assisting maintenance technicians as needed. Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
