There are 31 units ranging in size from 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedrooms. This site is for general occupancy. Although there is no rental assistance available at this site, we do accept vouchers from the Housing Choice Voucher Program. There are income limits at this site.

Kitchen with electric stove and frost-free refrigerator, individually controlled split system heat/air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer in each unit.
How much does a tenant pay?
The rent varies by apartment size and applicant income. Contact the above number for more information. The tenant is responsible for payment of electric heat, cooking, lighting and hot water. The owner provides water, sewer and trash collection.
How does one qualify?
Head of household and/or co-head must be of legal age (18 years or older) to enter into a signed lease agreement. Applicant must meet requirements as stated in the tenant selection criteria (provided at above number) including falling within the income limits.
