The Union County Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
HOUSING ASSISTANT
Primary responsibilities include assessing new applicants, data entry, answering calls, calculating rents, initial and annual assessments , income verifications, and maintaining program compliance. Applicant must be able to work in offices in Union and Snyder Counties. Travel is required. Qualifications preferred: Strong computer and math skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
HOUSING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Primary responsibilities include data entry, answering calls, scheduling, record retention, maintaining program compliance and providing support to all housing authority programs. Qualifications preferred: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize, strong computer skills, and desire and ability to work with a team.
Both position are full-time with benefits, including retirement, paid vacation/holidays, sick leave, and insurance incentive.
