The Union County Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the following position:

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and various maintenance work for the upkeep of buildings and housing sites and preparing units for occupancy.  This is a full-time, 35 hours/week position w/ benefits; sick, vacation, personal time and pension plan.   Must have some construction and general maintenance experience and maintain a valid driver’s license.  May include some non-traditional hours. Starting salary of $38,000 to $40,000; dependent upon experience.

Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator provides housing focused services to applicants and participants in various supportive housing programs.  The position involves helping individuals find and keep stable housing by advocating, providing resources, collaboration, and working with landlords in Union and Snyder Counties. This is a full-time, 35 hours/week position w/ benefits; sick, vacation, personal time and pension plan.  Experience in social work/case management and knowledge of housing systems preferred.  Must maintain a valid driver’s license.  Starting salary of $37,000 to $39,000; dependent upon experience.
