Newky Apartments

This complex is owned and managed by Union County Housing Authority. There are 8 two-bedroom units. Each unit consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first and second-floor apartments contain two bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen, adequately-sized living room, one full bathroom, and abundant storage space. Tenants can enjoy a courtyard and coin-operated laundry facility. The New Columbia Community Center and Senior Citizen Center are within walking distance from the Newky Apartments complex. Rent includes water/sewer/garbage and electric. This site is for general occupancy. Although there is no rental assistance available at this site, we do accept vouchers from the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
