The Housing Authority of Union County is currently accepting applications for the following positions:


1. PROJECT SITE MANAGER

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): tenant/lease management of all sites, maintenance supervision, budget management, site compliance and reporting. Qualifications preferred: knowledge of site management/housing, excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, accuracy and attention to detail, strong multi-tasking, time management.


2. RESIDENTIAL REHAB PROJECT MANAGER

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): Program outreach, homeowner verifications, preparation of proposals and contracts, project oversight, grant compliance and reporting. Qualifications preferred: knowledge of housing construction, strong computer skills, data/record keeping experience, strong multi-tasking, time management.


3. HOUSING ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): Calculating rents, performing annual recertifications, income verifications, maintaining program compliance. Qualifications preferred: Strong computer and math skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), accuracy and attention to detail, time management.
